Give wings to your Char Dham pilgrimage with Enchant Aviation

The Char Dham is a set of four Hindu pilgrimage sites in India, consisting of Badrinath, Dwarka, Puri and Rameswaram. The shrines of Badrinath, Dwarka, and Puri are of Lord Vishnu, whereas Rameswaram is a shrine of Lord Shiva.

Defined by Adi Shankara, each dhāma represents a particular yuga, with Badrinath representing Satya Yuga, Rameswaram representing Treta Yuga, Dwarka representing Dvapara Yuga, and Puri representing Kali Yuga.
The Char Dham is not to be confused with the Chota Char Dham / Himalayan Char Dham, which is a devotional circuit of four pilgrimage sites of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath in Uttarakhand, India.

The monk Adi Shankara organized four maṭhas (institutions/monasteries) to correspond to the four sites of the Char Dham: the headquarters at Dwarka in Gujrat, Jaggannath Puri in Orrisa, Sringeri Sharada Peetham Rameshwaram in Tamilnadu and Badarikashrama Badrinath in Uttarakhand.
