Terms & Conditions

  1. The trip cost mentioned is subject to accommodation provided on twin / triple sharing basis; all members should have their own group. I.E. accommodation can’t be shared with unknown people traveling in the group.
  2. Single occupancy accommodation charges are extra @₹35,000/- above the trip cost.
  3. Badrinath helicopter flying- if body weight of any passenger is above 75Kg, ₹1,500/- per Kg will be charged extra for access body weight. Luggage- only handbag of 3Kg will be allowed to carry in the helicopter.
  4. Helicopter flying is subject to weather conditions, Government orders, Strikes, Helicopter technical or mechanical problems, Illness of Pilot or crew members, and other unavoidable circumstances.
  5. Air tickets are on economy class, you can get them upgraded to Business class at your own cost.
  6. Luggage allowed in the Airplane will be as per policy of the Airline for the economy class, any extra luggage weight charges to be paid by the passengers directly to the Airline at their check-in counter.
  7. Accommodation included in the package is of rooms in premier or Deluxe category, any upgrade can be requested to the Hotel at check-in time, at your own cost.
  8. Luggage handling in the Airports has to be done by the passengers on their own.
  9.  CANCELLATION POLICY
    1. If you cancel the trip 2 months before the trip commencement date, a fix charge of ₹10,000/- and the air ticket cancellation charges are deducted from the paid amount, and rest is refunded.
    2. If you cancel the trip 1 month before the trip commencement date, 50% of the total trip cost is deducted, and rest is refunded.
    3. If you cancel the trip 20 days before the trip commencement date, 75% of the total trip cost is deducted, and rest is refunded.
    4. NO REFUND, IF YOU CANCEL THE TRIP WITHIN 20 DAYS OF TRIP COMMENCEMENT DATE.
    5. NO REFUND ON NO SHOW – OR AFTER – OR IN BETWEEN THE TRIP HAS BEEN COMMENCED.
  10. REFUNDS TAKE MINIMUM 30 WORKING DAYS.
